3. The user is required, before accessing the products provided by the site, to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are deemed to be fully and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on https://synaptica.info and do not govern the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller that may be present on the same site via links, banners, or other hypertext connections.
2. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the seller, we suggest checking their terms of sale.
1. When completing the registration procedures, the user agrees to follow the instructions on the site and to provide their personal data accurately and truthfully.
2. Once registration is completed, the user will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. Confirmation must be communicated within 24 hours. After this period, if confirmation is not received, Synaptica srl will be released from any obligation towards the user.
3. Confirmation will in any case exempt Synaptica srl from any responsibility regarding the data provided by the user. The user agrees to promptly inform Synaptica srl of any changes to the personal data provided at any time.
4. Should the user provide inaccurate or incomplete data, or in the event of disputes from interested parties regarding payments made, Synaptica srl reserves the right not to activate or to suspend the service until the relevant issues are resolved.
5. Upon the first request to activate a profile, Synaptica srl will assign the user a username and password. The user acknowledges that these identifiers constitute the system for validating the user's access to the services and the only system suitable for identifying the user, and that actions carried out through such access will be attributed to them and will have binding effect.
6. The user agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials, to safeguard them with due care and diligence, and not to transfer them—even temporarily—to third parties.
1. Product availability refers to the actual availability at the time the purchaser places the order. This availability should be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, products may be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
2. Even after sending the order confirmation email, cases of partial or total unavailability of goods may occur. In such cases, the order will be automatically adjusted by removing the unavailable product, and the purchaser will be immediately informed via email.
3. If the purchaser requests cancellation of the order, thereby terminating the contract, Synaptica srl will refund the amount paid within 5 days from the time Synaptica srl becomes aware of the purchaser's decision to terminate the contract.

1. The price of the products will be as indicated on the site from time to time, except where there is an obvious error.
2. In case of an error, Synaptica srl will notify the purchaser as soon as possible, allowing confirmation of the order at the correct amount or its cancellation. In any case, Synaptica srl will not be obliged to supply the product sold at the lower price incorrectly indicated.
3. Prices on the site are inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices may change at any time. Changes will not affect orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.
4. Once the desired products have been selected, they will be added to the cart. Simply follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the required information at each step of the process. Order details can be modified before payment.

1. Synaptica srl delivers throughout Italy, excluding the Vatican City State and the Republic of San Marino.
2. Synaptica srl will only deliver to the user's home address provided at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery is generally made within 3-5 working days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time provided when selecting the delivery method, and in any case within a maximum of thirty days from the date of confirmation.
4. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to a depot. In such cases, a notice will specify the location of the order and how to arrange for a new delivery.
5. If you are unable to be present at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.
6. If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us after thirty days from the date the order is available for delivery, we will assume that the contract is terminated.
7. Following termination, the amounts will be refunded, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method different from the standard method offered, without undue delay and, in any case, within 10 days from the date of termination. Transport resulting from termination of the contract may incur additional costs to be borne by the purchaser.
8. Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and are explicitly indicated at the time the order is placed.
1. The risks relating to the products will be borne by the purchaser from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products is considered acquired once full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs, has been received, or at the time of delivery if this occurs later.
1. The seller is responsible for any defects in the products offered on the site, including non-conformity of the items with the products ordered, in accordance with Italian law.
2. If the purchaser has entered into the contract as a consumer, meaning any natural person acting on the site for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out, this warranty is valid provided that the defect appears within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products; that the purchaser files a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date the defect was recognized; and that the online return form is correctly completed.
3. In the event of non-conformity, the purchaser who entered into the contract as a consumer shall be entitled to have the conformity of the products restored free of charge by repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction, or to terminate the contract for the disputed goods and receive a refund of the price.
1. In accordance with current legal provisions, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, starting from the date of receipt of the products.
2. In the case of multiple purchases made by the purchaser with a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period begins from the date of receipt of the last product.
3. The user intending to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Synaptica srl by explicit declaration, which may be sent via PEC:

4. The purchaser may also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract, or alternatively by submitting the standard withdrawal form referred to in Annex I, Part B, of Legislative Decree 21/2014, which is not mandatory.
5. The goods may be returned to our warehouse at Synaptica srl, via Lattanzio 23, 20137 Milan.
6. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, and with the attached fiscal documentation RECEIPT OR INVOICE. Subject to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products covered by the withdrawal within a maximum of 30 days, including any shipping costs.
7. The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services and products of Synaptica srl fall into the categories set out in Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
8. The site will make the refund using the same payment method chosen by the purchaser at the time of purchase. In the case of payment by bank transfer, and if the purchaser intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC necessary for the refund.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law, without prejudice to any overriding mandatory rule of the purchaser's country of habitual residence. Consequently, interpretation, execution, and termination of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
2. Any disputes arising from and/or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts. In particular, if the purchaser qualifies as a Consumer, any disputes shall be resolved by the court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to the applicable law.
